All testing materials come with everything you need, including instructions on how to test at home, send your samples back, and track your test.
Unless otherwise discussed with your provider, Q Care Plus’s initial and quarterly HIV/STI tests include: gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis B, and creatinine (kidney function).
